Responsibilities:
Bring customers and technology together by educating them on the benefits of our services and products Develop customized packages and program renewals for customers based on diverse wants and needs Identify customer needs, problem solve concerns, and improve customer satisfaction Understand the program needs of our client and stay on track to meet or exceed program goals Maintain updated customer information on a regular basis Acquire extensive industry skills by attending client conferences to connect customers to the latest products and services Qualifications We Look for In a Customer Service Representative :
Strong customer service background and experience with relationship building Dependable and resilient Confident, energetic, and charming demeanor Massive ambitiion and eager to develop new skills Phenomenal negotiation and persuasion tactics Excellent time management and flexibility under pressure Job Type:
